Senior Vice President, Finance and Fund Management

Summary:

Top private equity firm currently manages over a dozen commercial assets in the South and Midwest. Their core focus is to inspire the confidence and loyalty of their investors by making equity investments, both on a direct basis and through joint ventures.  They are seeking a Senior Vice President, Finance and Fund Management that is responsible for the companies’ financial and accounting functions, including fund accounting and fund management.  This role focuses on management of reporting, tax compliance, and planning, insurance and risk management, and department staff as well.

Position Reports to:

Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Requirements:

• 15+ years of accounting and finance experience; 5+ years of fund management/analysis experience;
• 10+ years of management experience;
• CPA license required;
• Acquisitions/Investments experience is preferred;
