Highlighted Assignments

• Director, Capital Markets
  Key position for a New York owner/developer. Extensive, high-rise office fund-raising experience is required. Must have an excellent reputation with the New York City real estate community. At least 10 years of successful experience with making contacts to attract investors in Europe, Asia, Far and Middle East, as well as New York. We have been told to not prescreen on the basis of compensation. Our client wants the best possible fit for the position.

• Senior Director - Property Tax
  Senior position based in the Midwest for a leading provider of Business Tax Solutions. Responsible for day to day operations of the real and personal property tax group. Duties include managing, directing and conducting activities associated with tax appeal cases. Minimum of 7 years of commercial real estate experience, and 5 years of managing personnel are required. Must have superior presentation and communication skills. Compensation will be based on the skill set of the candidate. Excellent growth potential.

• Director of Taxation
  Management position for a New York owner/operator. Reports directly to Senior Vice President of Finance. Required to be a CPA eligible to practice in NY. MS degree in Taxation is a plus. Must have public accounting experience and real estate experience. Compensation is based on the skill set of the candidate.

• International Development Position
  Vice President role for experience with large projects, regional malls. Management of others and mentoring experience is required.
