• Chief Financial Officer
  Our client needs a Chief Financial that has experience with Distressed Debt (Real Estate) and Loan/Mortgage Arbitrage. Individual must have knowledge of private equity funds, and would ideally have experience at a leading Hedge Fund, Real Estate Opportunity Fund, and/or related. Highly competitive salary with stock options/ownership participation in long term. Wall street connections are required. Commercial real estate acquisition experience is needed.

• Acquisitions Officer
  Take the lead in growing the presence for a National retail program. Well established organization with the ability to do deals will be adding an acquisitions professional to increase their portfolio in a key regional market. Demonstrated track record of deal making and completed transactions for the past couple of years.

• Vice President of Fund Controlling
  Our client needs a Vice President of Fund Controlling for their Finance Department. They are an owner/developer of Class A office space in Manhattan. This individual will be a liaison between the CFO and Controlling department. Minimum of 10 years of experience involving real estate fund reporting. Must have strong GAAP knowledge. BS/BA Accounting, CPA, MBA preferred.

• General Manager
  We are exclusively retained to find a General Manager for DC owner/developer of Class A commercial space. Minumum of 10 years of property management experience with Class A space. Finance and accounting background is a plus. Position is based in DC metro area.

• Senior Director of Construction, East Coast
  We are exclusively retained to find a Senior Director of Construction for East Coast region. Our client is a NY owner/developer of Class A high-rise office space. Position is based in NYC. Minimum of 15 years of construction, design and development experience with Class A commercial space is required. BA/BS Engineering is preferred.
