Highlighted Assignments

• Executive Vice President of Leasing
  Extensive, high-rise office leasing and leasing staff management experience is required. An impeccable reputation with the New York City real estate brokerage community is important. Experience with acquisitions and asset management is preferred. Will report directly to the CEO, oversee an established leasing staff, and have full responsibility for the leasing of a national portfolio. We have been told to not prescreen on the basis of compensation. Exact title has yet to be determined. Based in New York. For the right person, there may be opportunity to have responsibilities that go beyond leasing.

• Construction Project Manager
  Position is in a leading edge construction environment. Knowledge of LEED techniques and sustainability are encouraged. Bachelor's in engineering or construction management coupled with 7+ years of project experience is required.
• Lifestyle Shopping Center Leasing positions at VP and experienced Leasing Agent levels. Exposure to fashion tenants is a plus.

• International Development Position
  Vice President role for experience with large projects, regional malls. Management of others and mentoring experience is required.

• Master Planning Development Role
  Position requires extensive background with master planned communities and mixed use environments. Residential, hospitality and commercial projects inclusive.
